SHIPPING

Ground Delivery orders are shipped via Fed-Ex ground service, and will generally arrive within 3-7 business days of placing an order.  Ground delivery charges are calculated based on item weight and shipping address.. 

Ground Delivery for Furniture and Surfaces are shipped via Fed-Ex Freight and will generally arrive within 7-10 days. Surfaces orders may be shipped via ground service or LTL depending on size and weight of delivery.   Delivery includes delivery into the dwelling past the first threshold or garage. 

White Glove Delivery – Furniture and Surfaces.  For an additional charge, furniture and surface deliveries are available with a White Glove service which includes appointment delivery with a 2-4 hour window, inside delivery and placement into the customer’s choice of room, palette breakdown, unpackaging (furniture), and removal of all packing debris.

2nd Day and Overnight Service.  2nd day delivery and overnight delivery are available on all products for an additional charge.  Order must be placed before 12 noon Eastern Time for all 2nd day and overnight deliveries. 

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  Certain furniture and surfaces items require a surcharge to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.R.  Contact a sales consultant at 800-899-6757 for more details.  

International Deliveries.  Please be aware that our quotes for shipping outside the U.S. do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES

Any visible shipping damage or shortage present upon delivery must be noted by purchaser or its agent on the freight carrier bill of lading at the time of delivery.  All claims for damage or shortage must be reported to our Client Services department by calling 800.927.2120, option 2 within 5 business days of delivery.   After five business days, Waterworks will not assume any responsibility for shipping damage or shortage.

Waterworks is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages or lost working time in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed, postponed or incorrect.

RETURNS

We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with your experience at Waterworks.com  If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase for any reason please call one of our trained product specialists at 800-899-6757 and they will do everything they can to assist.

If you need to return your order, please note the following guidelines:

Textiles, Apothecary, and Furnishings may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund.  Product must be returned in unused condition in original packaging.  Product must be received and inspected by us prior to issuing refund.

Wall Mounted Accessories, Furniture, Hardware, and Lighting may be returned within 90 days of shipment.  Non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.  Product must be returned in unused, uninstalled condition in original packaging.  Product must be received and inspected by us prior to issuing refund.

Tile and Stone are final sale and non-returnable.  We strongly recommend you speak to a qualified installer regarding quantities and application prior to ordering tile and stone online.

Pricing

All prices in our catalogs and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.

Errors

There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
